seeking other bands for starting co-op label [Apr. 11th, 2005|09:26 am]

we're looking for other bands to start an experimental co-operative record label which would be owned by nobody and run collectively by the bands... based very very loosely on the idea of anarchist worker's co-ops. I really couldn't care less what "genre" or "scene" you're from as long as you aren't too hung up on pandering exclusively to that "scene". The main thing is that you have to be hard working, fairly hardline about the DIY thing, and not into the stereotypical bull#$% way of doing things ie. chasing after small labels or trying to get a deal with sony on american idol.

if you're even remotely interested respond to this post and I'll hit you up with an email address where we can discuss this further. we have a couple of people interested so far but we will need a few more to really get this thing started.
